Just playing around with a little twisty cube idea that’s been percolating in the back o’ me noggin for a bit:
In other news, as you may or may not have noticed, just updated the look of the joint. Not 100% sold, but it ain’t horrible. We’ll see if it sticks around.
very cool – nice work
Does the model require more triangles to make it twist or its the library making it with more subdivision ?
Nice effect, Papervision is cool.
Will you share the source?
Love it Devon…and like the new look… :)
@Rich, I’m hoping to actually do something with it myself before I share the source, but I will either way in the near future.
@Jerry, Thanks for the comment on the new look. It’s starting to grow on me…
Of course Devon, I understand. Can’t wait to see what you’ve done (and try it myself :)
Very wicked effect, if your not going to release the source, any chance of a break down on how you did this? was it using pure Papervision?
again awesome
Hey Tyrone,
The source is actually just a couple blog posts down: https://blog.onebyonedesign.com/?p=292 It was done using Papervision3D and AS3DMod…
